Qualifications

• Experience leading field teams on large-scale industrial construction projects.
• Strong ability to read blueprints, specifications, and safety plans.
• Proficiency in MS Projects and field coordination tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Property Management, and Tenants to align field activities with the project plan.
• Serve as onsite Safety Lead/Coordinator and develop safety training.
• Assist in pre-construction budgeting and site logistics planning; review contracts and permits.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors, oversee QA, and document daily activities.
• Review pay applications and support closeout activities.
