Job summary

Dürr Systems USA seeks an experienced construction supervisor to lead commercial and industrial projects from mobilization to completion. You will coordinate trades, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.

The role focuses on overseeing multi-discipline work, managing risks, and ensuring quality across ground-up and renovation projects. A strong background in licensed contracting and NASCLA exams is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of recent commercial or industrial construction experience at journeyman level or higher.
• Experience supervising or managing commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades, subcontractors, and construction disciplines.
• Working knowledge of structural, civil, architectural, and building systems.
• Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and applicable building codes.
• Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, quality assurance, and site safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage commercial/industrial construction projects from mobilization through completion.
• Coordinate multiple trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and construction phases for safe, timely execution.
• Oversee ground-up construction, additions, renovations, and building-system integrations.
• Interpret construction drawings, specifications, codes, and project requirements.
• Support scheduling, budgeting, cost control, quality assurance, and site execution.
• Coordinate permitting, inspections, and code-compliance activities as required.
• Maintain focus on OSHA requirements, site safety, and risk management.
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, engineers, architects, customers, and stakeholders.
