PVB Fabrications, Inc. is seeking a Construction & Skilled Trades Recruiter to staff projects across Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas.

You will build pipelines of welders, operators, carpenters, electricians, and other skilled trades, partnering with project managers to align staffing with schedules. You will source candidates through networks, trade schools, unions, job boards, and referrals, screen applicants for certifications like OSHA and NCCER, and drive a positive candidate experience from

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in recruiting or skilled trades preferred.
• Experience recruiting hourly craft and field personnel preferred.
• Strong industry networks and sourcing ability.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit skilled craft and field professionals for industrial construction and fabrication projects.
• Build and maintain networks of tradespeople, labor contacts, trade schools, unions, and industry resources.
• Source candidates via referrals, job boards, social media, and industry events.
• Develop talent pipelines to support short- and long-term staffing needs.
• Partner with project managers and operations leadership to understand workforce needs and respond quickly to changes.
• Screen and interview candidates to evaluate trade experience, certifications, and project fit.
• Coordinate the hiring process including interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Represent the company at job fairs and trade events to expand pipelines.
• Track recruiting activity and adapt strategies to attract qualified trades professionals.
