Job summary

IFG is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will partner with customers, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

You will oversee safety, quality, scheduling, and financial performance, coordinating with internal teams and clients while maintaining contract compliance. This role balances office planning with on-site oversight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial construction or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, P&IDs, flow diagrams, and process data sheets
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills
• Experience leading contractors and subcontractors on active jobsites
• Proficiency with MS Office, Bluebeam, and project documentation processes

Responsibilities

• Lead industrial construction projects from preconstruction and kickoff through completion and closeout.
• Ensure projects are executed on time and within budget per contract documents and codes.
• Plan, sequence, and coordinate work activities; guide subcontractors through execution and address field/design challenges.
• Monitor progress, staffing, submittals, RFIs, invoices, and reporting to clients and internal teams.
• Maintain clear project documentation to support billing, reporting, and compliance.
• Promote safety, quality, and compliance on all job sites and drive improvement of PM systems.
