Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in industrial construction and/or restoration.
• Proven ability to manage construction projects valued between $1–5 million.
• Experience with structural concrete repair, strengthening, and/or industrial maintenance projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex construction projects.
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions.
• Develop and manage project schedules.
• Oversee project financials, including profit & loss responsibility.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
