Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience managing industrial construction projects up to $1M.
• 3+ years client relationship and business development experience.
• Proven leadership, commitment, risk management capabilities.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers, client and supervision to plan and oversee site projects.
• Prepare estimates and invoices and track project progress with software.
• Support team members by researching project information.
• Update project schedules, budgets, and spending.
• Assist with cost management including budgeting and forecasting.
• Identify and process scope changes and communicate milestones.
• Travel to jobsites regularly to oversee projects.
• Support safety program compliance.
• Provide regular updates to upper management.
• Develop relationships to identify opportunities.
