Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and execution of commercial and industrial construction projects. You will help with scheduling, cost tracking, procurement, and client communication to keep projects on time and within budget.

Working closely with Project Managers and field teams, you’ll contribute to safety, quality, and timely closeout while developing multidisciplinary project management skills in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred.
• Experience on large scale commercial/industrial projects, ideally with 10+ million USD value.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a coordinator, project engineer, assistant project engineer, or similar within Mechanical or Structural construction spaces.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with execution of large-scale commercial/industrial construction projects.
• Support planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting throughout all project phases.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractor resources to promote efficient and cost-effective execution.
• Monitor project schedules and assist in identifying and mitigating delays or risks.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, POs, change orders, meeting minutes, daily reports, and correspondence.
