Job summary

Brown & Root Industrial Services seeks a Construction Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and execution of industrial projects in Houston. You will act as liaison among Project Management, Superintendents, craft personnel, subcontractors, vendors, Engineering, HSE, QA/QC, and the client.

You will help develop schedules, track manpower/materials, manage documentation, and ensure work is performed safely, on time, and per project requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• AS/BS in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of construction, industrial maintenance, or project coordination experience preferred.
• Experience with multiple craft disciplines and industrial facilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with PMs, Superintendents, Foremen to align priorities.
• Assist with development and maintenance of schedules/work plans.
• Track manpower hours and progress; support reporting.
• Coordinate mobilization, onboarding, site access, and safety requirements.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly project reports and attend meetings.
