Gleeson Constructors & Engineers is hiring Construction Laborers for a large-scale food facility expansion for Fareway Stores in Boone, Iowa. This role offers steady work, overtime opportunities, and a chance to learn skilled trades within a safety-focused team.

You will assist with concrete, carpentry, and steel work while supporting industrial freezer and dock area construction, material handling, and site organization.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in fast-paced construction environments.
• Good physical condition and endurance.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Positive attitude and team mentality.
• Construction experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Assist skilled workers with concrete, carpentry, and steel work.
• Support construction of industrial freezer and dock areas.
• Material handling and jobsite organization.
• Jobsite cleanup and preparation.
• Work alongside experienced tradespeople on large-scale food facility construction projects.
