Gleeson Constructors & Engineers, LLC is hiring experienced Carpenters for a large-scale expansion of a food processing facility in Fremont, Nebraska. This is industrial construction with work on concrete formwork, IMP systems, building layout, doors, and other components of complex facilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction plans
• Build, set, brace, and strip concrete forms
• Measure, cut, and install materials accurately
• Perform building layout and verify dimensions and elevations
• Install insulated metal panels, doors, and related building components
• Build scaffolding and other construction structures as needed
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain quality, safety, and production goals
• Assist with other field activities as needed to keep the project moving

$23–$34/hour DOE + Overtime Opportunities Available

Gleeson Constructors & Engineers is hiring experienced Carpenters for a large-scale expansion of a food processing facility at Wholestone Farms in Fremont, Nebraska.

This is industrial construction. Our carpenters work on everything from concrete formwork and building layout to insulated metal panel systems, doors, and other components of complex food processing facilities.

WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON

• Building and setting concrete forms for slabs, curbs, foundations, and other concrete work
• Installing insulated metal panel (IMP) systems
• Building layout and field measurements
• Installing doors, frames, and related components
• Building scaffolding and temporary construction structures
• Working alongside concrete, steel, and other trades on a large-scale food processing facility expansion

RESPONSIBILITIES

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Commercial or industrial carpentry experience
• Experience with concrete formwork strongly preferred
• Understanding of carpentry techniques, construction methods, and installation
• Ability to read plans, take measurements, and perform layout
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced construction environment

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior carpentry or related construction experience
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Good physical condition and endurance
• Ability to work overtime as project needs require
• Follow all jobsite safety requirements
• Pre-employment drug screen and physical required
