Job summary

TRS Staffing Solutions seeks an Estimator to analyze blueprints, specs, and project docs to prepare accurate cost and labor estimates in our Spartanburg, SC office. You will support bid development, cost tracking, and proposals to help ensure profitability and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years estimating industrial construction or machinery projects, strong cost analysis skills, and proficiency with MS Office and estimation software. Travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating industrial construction or machinery projects is required.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents.
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review plans, drawings, and specs to define project scope.
• Solicit and evaluate bids from vendors and subcontractors.
