Job summary

Amazon NA Design & Construction (D&C) Cost Management seeks a Construction Cost Manager to lead cost control, forecasting, and reporting for a portfolio of industrial projects across North America. Expect collaboration with Construction Managers, Design, Procurement, and Finance to drive cost certainty and standardize processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong background in cost management across large programs.
• Experience with cost planning, forecasting, baselines, and variances.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end cost management across multiple projects.
• Maintain cost governance, thresholds, and financial delegation.
• Review and challenge cost/time change requests from partners.
• Lead contingency management and monthly cost reporting with automation focus.
• Develop dashboards and reports for leadership.
