Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end cost management across multiple projects.
• Maintain cost governance, baselines, and authority thresholds.
• Track cost performance, baselines, and forecasts.
• Validate change orders and review requests from external partners.
• Partner with Construction Managers, Design, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Develop automated cost reporting and data analytics.
• Leverage AI/automation to accelerate cost estimating and reporting.
