Hydro Extrusion USA, LLC is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician focused on combustion-related maintenance within our aluminium extrusion operations in Pennsylvania. The role involves maintaining calibration records, reviewing work orders, and ensuring safe, efficient equipment performance.

The position requires a technical degree or equivalent experience with strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with Maximo/Oracle systems and Rockwell PLCs.

Qualifications

• Electrical or electro-mechanical technical degree or certificate.
• 1 year of applicable experience or 3 years in industrial setting with technical background.
• Knowledge of combustion and process control systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain calibration, survey, and combustion records as prescribed.
• Review planned work orders for proper completion and follow-up.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize efficiency and product quality.
• Ensure combustion systems comply with NFPA 86 and company standards.
• Assist engineers in test, calibration, repair, and evaluation plans.
• Utilize Maximo, Oracle, and PLC/Logix tools to support craft functions.
