Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• 1-2 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Operate finishing equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Examine workpieces for defects and ensure conformance to quality requirements.
• Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, blasting, or masking.
• Load, unload, and position parts on racks and fixtures as instructed.
• Apply coatings using approved liquid paint and/or powder coating processes.
• Monitor coatings for coverage, thickness, and proper curing.
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe finishing area and report issues promptly.
