Job summary

Worley is seeking a coatings technician based in Anchorage to perform blasting and protective coating applications on vessels, tanks, and piping within oilfield facilities. The role requires operating airless and conventional sprayers, and working to strict safety standards.

You will participate in on-site safety training and adhere to environmental management policies. Applicants should have at least one year of oilfield coating experience, possess a valid Alaska Hazardous Paint Handlers’ card

Qualifications

• One year of oilfield industrial coating experience.
• Valid Alaska Hazardous Paint handlers’ card within six months of hire.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Blasting and coating the internal and external parts of various vessels and tanks to client specifications.
• Perform abrasive blasting of surface areas to be coated.
• Promote safe work practices and implement company safety policies for the work crew.
