MPW Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable Technician in Greer, SC to support operations through hands-on industrial cleaning and labor tasks. You will join a team focused on safe, efficient, and high-quality work across site-based projects.

The role requires a strong work ethic, safety focus, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds for 8–12 hour shifts, including possible weekend/overtime hours. Previous industrial experience is a plus and OSHA guidelines are followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; some high school accepted.
• Basic understanding of mechanical concepts and equipment operation in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform continuous physical labor on 8–12 hour shifts.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and in varying conditions with required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at assigned job sites on time with a professional attitude toward coworkers and customers.
• Perform industrial cleaning and labor support tasks as directed by team leaders or managers.
• Operate manual tools and equipment safely to support job completion.
• Monitor processes to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Identify and report equipment issues or safety concerns immediately.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas and break spaces.
