Job summary

MOR PPM, Inc. is seeking a reliable janitorial staff member to maintain clean facilities across various industrial sites in our portfolio. Responsibilities include sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, restroom servicing, and light maintenance tasks.

The role requires ability to work a day or night shift as needed, with potential for overtime. A minimum of 6 months of janitorial experience is preferred, and safety shoes are required on site.

Qualifications

• 6 months of janitorial or utility experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Clean buildings by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors and cleaning other surfaces.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Supply, clean, and service restrooms.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using cleaners and tools.
• Dust/polish furniture and scrub surfaces.
• Vacuum carpets.
• Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces.
• Request appropriate supplies and equipment for cleaning and maintenance.
• Move furniture and report repairs.
• Monitor building security and safety, lock doors after hours, ensure no hazards from appliances.
