Job summary

Eichleay, Inc. in Ferndale, WA seeks a Civil/Structural Engineer with 5–8 years of industrial experience to design steel and concrete facilities, perform seismic evaluations, and develop construction documents.

You’ll collaborate with BIM/CAD teams and support retrofit and site development projects in a hybrid EPCM environment with client exposure, while pursuing PE licensure and growing technical depth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (ABET preferred).
• 5–8 years of civil/structural engineering experience in industrial, refinery, or similar environments.
• PE licensure preferred or actively pursuing licensure in Washington.

Responsibilities

• Design steel and concrete structures for industrial facilities, including buildings and foundations.
• Develop structural calculations, models, and analyses, including seismic evaluations.
• Prepare and review construction documents (drawings and specifications) and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with BIM/CAD designers and multi-discipline teams; support RFIs and field activities.
