Job summary

HIGH-PURITY SILICON AMERICA CORPORATION is seeking a Chlorination, Distillation, WWTP Rotating Operator to monitor plant operations, run rounds, adjust parameters, and coordinate with supervision to maintain safe, compliant processes.

You will operate Aspen Process Explorer and Yokogawa DCS, handle hazardous chemicals with proper PPE, and participate in rotating shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; chemical operator certifications preferred.
• Experience with industrial round checks and parameter monitoring is a plus.
• Ability to read gauges and follow detailed work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant operations by performing round checks 3 times per shift.
• Make adjustments during rounds to keep operations within set parameters.
• Identify issues requiring maintenance and communicate to supervisor.
• Operate Aspen Process Explorer and Yokogawa DCS systems.
• Load raw materials using remote hoist systems as part of daily duties.
• Maintain a safe work environment and perform housekeeping as needed.
• Work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
