Qualifications

• Must have a Process Technology degree or 2+ years of chemical manufacturing experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• Computer skills including spreadsheet use are required.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow procedures and document activities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control equipment and instrumentation for batch or continuous operations.
• Read manuals, procedures, safety bulletins and regulatory requirements.
• Operate pumps, compressors, furnaces, reactors, distillation columns and storage tanks.
• Maintain shift logs using company systems and document activities.
• Sample products for quality control and perform basic lab procedures.
• Load/unload tank trailers and containers; handle hazardous materials safely.
• Work 12-hour rotating shifts, nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
