Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 3–5 years in concrete construction, preferably industrial.
• Skills: concrete mixing, pouring, finishing; reading drawings; forms and reinforcement; safety.

Responsibilities

• Mixing and pouring concrete according to ratios and pouring into forms or molds.
• Finish surfaces with hand/power tools to achieve desired texture.
• Repair concrete structures, patch cracks, resurface, apply protective coatings.
• Set up and dismantle forms for concrete structures.
• Place and secure rebar and reinforcement per design specifications.
• Operate heavy equipment (excavators, skid steers) to assist with tasks.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE as required.
• Identify hazards and communicate with team to maintain safety.
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors and peers; follow instructions.
