Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in concrete construction, industrial setting preferred.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specs.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Mixing and pouring concrete according to ratios and forming foundations, slabs, walls, and containment areas.
• Finish surfaces using hand and power tools to the required texture and smoothness.
• Repair damaged concrete structures including patches and resurfacing.
• Set up and dismantle forms for concrete structures; ensure proper alignment and safety.
• Place reinforcement (rebar) per design specifications to improve structural integrity.
• Perform excavation tasks to prepare sites for concrete construction.
• Operate heavy equipment (excavators, skid steers) as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE; identify hazards and mitigate risks.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to meet project goals.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned and work well with others.
