Job summary

DwyerOmega is seeking an entry-level Calibration Technician to perform calibration and testing of flow measurement products under the supervision of the Calibration Lab Supervisor in a manufacturing environment. You will set up test rigs, collect and verify data, troubleshoot issues, and ensure products meet quality and safety standards.

Strong math skills, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to follow written instructions are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a manufacturing setting or related environment.
• Advanced math coursework preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up test rigs by installing assembled product in test rigs.
• Obtain verification from co-worker of correct set-up.
• Set calibration and collect data using manual and automated methods.
• Troubleshoot problems in data acquisition and set-up and correct as needed.
• Monitor test results during testing and verify final data.
• Set up and run multiple test rigs when possible.
