Qualifications

• Experience performing stick welding on pipe, fittings, and pressure vessel components.
• Ability to execute fixed-position 6G pipe welds to code and document welding.
• Experience with heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and related maintenance.
• Capable of PM inspections and boiler/pressure vessel maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform stick welding on pipe, fittings, flanges, and pressure vessels.
• Install, replace, and maintain heat exchangers and pressure vessels.
• Open, inspect, and close boilers per PM schedule; document findings and condition of internal components.
• Install, repair, and replace piping; service pumps and mechanical equipment.
• Complete work orders, daily activity reports, and as-built documentation.
