Qualifications

• Experience with stick welding to code for pressure vessels.
• Ability to read blueprints and piping drawings.
• Proficiency in pipe fitting and mechanical systems.
• Willingness to work overtime and respond to emergency service calls.

Responsibilities

• Perform stick welding on pipe, fittings, flanges, and pressure vessels.
• Execute fixed-position 6G pipe welds to code and document welds.
• Install and maintain heat exchangers; shell inspection and tube work.
• Repair pressure vessels including patch welds and nozzle replacement.
• Open/close boilers per PM schedule; gasket flanges and test safety valves.
• Install, repair, and align piping, pumps, and related equipment.
• Complete work orders and maintain accurate as-built documentation.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and respond to emergency service calls.
