Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or trade school diploma required.
• 4–5 years of related boiler/operator experience preferred.
• Universal CFC certification preferred; Boiler Operator license preferred.
• Experience with CMMS and MS Office (Excel/Outlook/Teams) helpful.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain boiler systems and building utilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on plant equipment.
• Monitor safety, codes, and energy efficiency standards.
• Operate PAC/CCS and follow startup/shutdown procedures.
• Keep logs and reports, notify supervisors of issues.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and tasks.
• Maintain water chemistry and supply to boilers and cooling systems.
• Support safe working practices and a clean plant environment.
• Assist with emergency repairs and routine troubleshooting.
• Comply with company policies and safety regulations.
