Job summary

East Penn Manufacturing Company, Inc. in Tennessee is expanding its service network with an Industrial Service Technician opening at our Murfreesboro facility.

The role requires daily travel to customer sites within the Nashville, TN area and weekly travel to restock parts for the service vehicle. You will be assigned a company service vehicle and must demonstrate strong mechanical and electrical skills, good customer service, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate resides in the Greater Murfreesboro, Tennessee area.
• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Strong mechanical ability and electrical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and service industrial batteries and charging equipment at customer facilities.
• Travel to customer locations daily; service territory includes greater Nashville, TN.
• Report to Service Manager in Murfreesboro, TN and occasional overnight travel.
• Create and maintain service documentation for fleet, repairs, and billing.
