Jones Sign Company in De Pere, WI is looking for a Painter or Prepper to advance your painting and prep skills across a range of sign and architectural projects.

You will prep items for painting, learn techniques meeting Jones Sign quality standards, and paint in a spray booth using HVLP guns while maintaining safety and lifting up to 50 lbs. This full-time role offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Position Summary:

As a Painter or Prepper, you’ll have the opportunity to expand your painting and prepping skills as you work on a variety of sign and architectural projects. Our most successful Painters have a professional work ethic and comfort adap‑ting to continual change. No two days are alike!
