Job summary

Jones Sign is seeking a Painter or Prepper in De Pere, WI, to work full-time with a shift starting at 2:30 PM and ending around 10:30 PM or 12:30 PM depending on department needs. You will expand painting and prepping skills on a variety of sign and architectural projects.

Qualifications

• HVLP painting experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Prep items for painting, including masking, sanding, and applying bondo.
• Learn painting techniques that meet Jones Sign quality standards.
• Paint within a spray booth using HVLP guns.
• Demonstrate sound safety practices and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Manage time to ensure on-time delivery of every project.

Position Summary:
