Qualifications

• 1-5 years in industrial/manufacturing maintenance or automation support.
• Hands-on PLC troubleshooting experience.
• Strong mechanical repair skills across electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and/or servo systems.
• Comfortable reading electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• CMMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and production systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, servo, and automation-related equipment failures.
• Troubleshoot complex equipment issues to minimize downtime and restore production safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, machine manuals, and technical documentation.
• Maintain robotics systems, robotic end-of-arm tooling, conveyors, vision systems, sensors, and automated material handling equipment.
• Assist with robot programming, teaching, calibration, and recovery procedures.
• Support installation, commissioning, and startup of new robotics and automation equipment.
• Work with Engineering on automation upgrades, process optimization projects, and equipment improvements.
