Wayne-Sanderson Farms in Decatur, AL seeks an experienced technician to install, test and repair electrical instrumentation and control systems. The role requires reading diagrams, following safety procedures, and documenting work accurately.

The candidate will handle PLCs and computer-based HMIs, work nights and extended shifts, and comply with company safety and employment policies while contributing to a growing poultry production operation.

Qualificações

• Associates degree in Industrial Control Systems or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of repair and installation experience in varied industrial electrical instrumentation and control systems.
• Experience with PLCs and computer-based HMIs.
• Knowledge of National Electric Code and installation/diagnosis of control systems.

Responsabilidades

• Install, test and repair electrical instrumentation and control systems under supervision.
• Read diagrams and schematics for safe installation and repair.
• Accurately complete required documentation in a timely manner.
• Identify unsafe conditions and report if unable to correct on own.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
