Qualifications

• Ability to diagnose and repair PLC-controlled equipment and automated machinery.
• Strong verbal communication skills for explaining technical concepts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Demonstrate the integration of PLC programming, robotics, and industrial networking to provide a holistic view of modern manufacturing systems.
• Cultivate critical thinking and diagnostic workflows, enabling students to efficiently resolve malfunctions in electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Foster a culture of safety by enforcing rigorous industry standards and best practices during all laboratory and simulation exercises.
