Job summary

MSRcosmos LLC in Southfield, MI seeks a Systems Integrator - PLC/HMI Programmer with 5–7 years of experience to design, program, commission, and troubleshoot industrial automation and control systems.

You will work with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and IDEC PLCs, develop HMI/SCADA apps, integrate with MES/ERP, and support FAT/SAT, with a focus on reliable networking and robust control solutions. This role requires strong problem-solving and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Automation Engineering or related field.
5-7 years in industrial automation, controls, or system integration.
Strong PLC programming, HMI development, and industrial communications.

Responsibilities

Design, program, test, and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems.
Develop and commission automation solutions using Allen-Bradley PLCs, IDEC PLCs and other platforms.
Design, configure, and deploy HMI/SCADA applications (FactoryTalk View, IDEC HMI).
Integrate PLCs with sensors, actuators, MES/ERP, and SCADA platforms.
Configure engineering workstations and industrial networks; support FAT/SAT and commissioning documents.
