Job summary

MHI RJ Aviation Group is seeking an Industrial Engineering Systems Integration Specialist in Sutton, MA. You will design, develop, and maintain automated tools and workflows to optimize engineering and business processes across SAP, SharePoint, and MEMEX.

You will implement VBA-based solutions, batch scripts, and PowerAutomate workflows, as well as JSON-driven UI customizations. Strong SQL and ODBC skills, SharePoint admin experience, and MEMEX familiarity are required.

Qualifications

Master's or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management or related field; 2 years manufacturing/IE experience
Bachelor's or equivalent in IE/ME/EM or related field; 5 years post-bachelor experience
Proficiency in VBA, SharePoint, PowerAutomate, Excel with SAP via ODBC, SQL, Visio, MEMEX, JSON UI

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated tools and workflows for engineering and business processes.
Integrate data across SAP, SharePoint, MEMEX and optimize operations across platforms.
Develop in-house tools using VBA and create batch scripts for backend maintenance.
Design and maintain PowerAutomate workflows with JSON logic and data transformations.
Administer and maintain SharePoint sites and MEMEX MEMEX for manufacturing execution.
Create diagrams with Visio and ensure metadata consistency across systems.
