Rexel USA, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Automation Specialist - Smart Components to join our Holyoke, MA team. You will drive growth for automation products, provide pre- and post-sales support, and work with sales to advance projects through the funnel.

The role emphasizes technical guidance, training, and coordination with inside/outside sales, purchasing, and supplier partners to meet revenue goals and customer needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• Electrical distribution industry or related experience required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• High School or GED - Required.
• 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree - Preferred.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed sales goals of assigned technology offer.
• Develop sales strategies, promotions, programs, and plans for sales growth.
• Develop annual performance goals, objectives, and sales action plans.
• Provide technical support for internal and external customers via on-site visit, phone, and email.
• Establish relationships with sales and customers to better understand sales potential.
• Work with Purchasing on proper inventory of high-tech products and identify any potential obsolescence problems.
