Job summary

Applied Controls, a SunSource company, offers a 12-month Grow Our Own Industrial Sales Development Program in Malvern, PA. Recent graduates or early-career professionals will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and real customer experience to build a career in industrial sales.

You’ll advance to a full-time Account Manager role, managing a territory, building client relationships, and solving complex industrial challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with engineering focus preferred.
• Internship experience in manufacturing, distribution, engineering, or sales is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel; relocation for 12 months during training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Learn consultative outside sales, territory management, and customer relationship development.
• Receive product and application training from experienced technical and sales professionals.
• Gain hands-on experience with prospecting, quoting, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Work alongside Account Managers during customer visits and joint sales calls.
• Develop product recommendations and technical solutions that improve productivity.
