ExcelliSearch, Inc. in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Sales Manager for Industrial & Automation to lead growth across key markets. You will drive strategy, engage top-tier customers, and manage accounts from first contact to close.

The role requires 5+ years selling industrial automation components, strong presentation skills, and the ability to travel about 50% nationally and internationally. A BSEE or engineering degree is preferred, with relocation available to facilitate assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; BSEE preferred.
• 5+ years selling industrial automation components.
• Direct calling sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel ~50% domestically and internationally.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new top-tier customer segments.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts for operations and executives; penetrate top-tier targets by cold calling while growing other accounts.
• Maintain knowledge of customer roadmaps to uncover future opportunities.
• Partner with product management to promote new industrial automation technologies.
• Secure sales revenue growth and develop opportunities in target industries.
• Provide accurate forecasts and CRM reporting.
