Job summary

CKC Automation in Benicia, CA is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive growth across CKC offerings. You will establish plans to expand the customer base and uncover high-value opportunities that ensure attainment of sales goals and profitability.

Responsibilities include presenting capabilities, developing quotes and proposals, following up on leads, maintaining senior-level relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver RFQs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with business software and systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and profitability across assigned accounts and CKC offerings.
• Present company capabilities and solutions to prospective customers.
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
• Follow up on inbound and outbound sales leads to move opportunities forward.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop quotes, cost estimates, and proposals.
• Prepare and deliver customer presentations, proposals, and RFQ responses.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key decision-makers.
• Manage and track opportunities using CRM (NetSuite).
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline, forecast, and territory strategy.
• Research target customers and develop strategic outreach plans.
