Electric Motor Shop & Supply in Fresno, CA is seeking a Technical Inside Sales representative to support automation product sales and customer service. The role focuses on PLC, HMI, VFD and other industrial automation products, delivering quotes, processing orders, and coordinating shipping with accuracy and timeliness.

You will provide technical information to customers and account managers, build strong relationships, and pursue new and repeat sales through product solutions.

Qualifications

High School Diploma with 1–2 years related experience.
California Driver's License with clean driving record.
Willing to participate in drug/alcohol/background screening.

Responsibilities

Promote stock and solutions to customers and sales teams.
Provide technical support for PLC, HMI, VFD products.
Build rapport with customers and deliver timely quotes and orders.
Generate new and repeat sales with product solutions.
Assist and resolve customer requests promptly.
