Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in electrical / automation fields.
• 3+ years of experience designing or supporting industrial automation systems.
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Experience with industrial control panels and electrical design principles.
• Ability to read and create electrical schematics and control documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement PLC-, HMI-, and SCADA-based control systems.
• Develop control system architecture, I/O lists, and network designs.
• Program, test, and commission PLCs and HMIs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.).
• Integrate field devices including sensors, VFDs, servos, motion systems, and robotics.
• Lead system startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
• Support equipment FATs, SATs, and customer acceptance activities.
• Develop and maintain electrical schematics and as-built documentation.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, IT, and operations teams.
• Support automation upgrades, retrofits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure systems comply with applicable safety and electrical standards.
