Job summary

The Kinetic Group, based in Lonoke, Arkansas, is seeking an Electrical Systems and Controls Engineer to design, implement, and support automation for our manufacturing equipment and processes. You will develop PLC controls interfaces, coordinate installations, and help ensure safety and compliance across facilities.

Ideal candidates bring a BS in Electrical Engineering, 5+ years in manufacturing automation, and hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley, AutoCAD, ETAP, and SCADA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 5+ years designing and supporting manufacturing automation.
• Experience with NEC/OSHA standards and industrial controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and support automation for equipment and processes.
• Coordinate installation, testing, and documentation of electrical systems.
• Lead electrical project efforts to meet schedules and budgets.
• Train team members and troubleshoot line equipment.
