Job summary

Arclin, Inc. is seeking an Automation Controls Technician for our Winnfield, LA facility. The role supports daily maintenance of plant automation instruments, DeltaV distributed control system, and related automation infrastructure.

You will provide instrumentation, automation and electrical expertise to manufacturing, maintain control system documentation, and assist with PLC upgrades and modifications while supporting safety and plant reliability.

Qualifications

• Associates/Bachelors with focus on electrical/controls preferred.
• CCST, Red Seal, ICET certification is a plus; Arc Flash may be required.
• Knowledge of DeltaV, PLC, HMI, and automation control systems.
• Experience with process instrumentation and control networks.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, and maintain DeltaV instrumentation and controls systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical instrumentation and controls issues.
• Calibrate instruments per schedules and maintain records.
• Align automation with Arclin quality control systems and software.
• Audit electrical controls contractor work and manage MOC.
