Qualifications

• Familiarity with process control principles and instrumentation used in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, process flow diagrams, and control schematics.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automation and control systems for manufacturing processes.
• Analyze process data and system performance to identify opportunities for optimization and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to integrate control solutions and ensure smooth system functionality.
• Develop and maintain documentation including control system specifications, process flow diagrams, and testing protocols.
• Support commissioning, validation, and continuous improvement activities to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies in all automation projects.
• Provide technical support and training to operations personnel on control systems and automation technologies.
