Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 1+ year in industrial automation and control systems.
- Proficiency with Allen Bradley ControlLogix/CompactLogix/SLC 500.
- Experience with Rockwell software, HMI, and SCADA.
- Knowledge of EtherNet/IP, DeviceNet, or Modbus.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and drawings.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement control systems using Allen Bradley PLCs.
- Create and maintain HMI screens and SCADA for plant monitoring.
- Troubleshoot control systems to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Collaborate with mechanical and electrical teams to integrate controls.
- Develop and maintain wiring diagrams, I/O lists, and manuals.
- Ensure safety systems compliance and participate in testing and validation.
- Travel to client sites as needed.
