UPS in Toledo, OH is seeking an engineering professional to troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain plant floor equipment, ensuring optimal performance of conveyors and related systems. The role involves expediting breakdowns and guiding maintenance staff on repairs to keep operations running smoothly.
The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree with early-career experience in automation or industrial settings and is able to work a Monday–Friday night shift (7 PM–3:30 AM).
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, industrial or automation engineering or related field.
- Entry-level to early career engineering experience.
- Internship or project experience in automation or industrial settings is a plus.
Mansioni
- Troubleshoot, calibrate, and adjust plant floor devices to maintain optimal performance.
- Sort calls and breakdowns and expedite their completion.
- Provide maintenance mechanics with instructions to complete repairs.
- Assist in solving daily problems to keep conveyors and facilities in good order.
