The role sorts calls, expedites resolutions, and coordinates with maintenance mechanics to resolve breakdowns. This position emphasizes responding to internal customer inquiries, alarms, and routine preventive maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in programming, troubleshooting, basic network knowledge, motor control theory, and operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Capable of reading electrical schematics and basic diagrams.

• Addresses inquiries and needs from internal customers.
