UPS is seeking an entry-level to early career engineer to troubleshoot, calibrate, and adjust plant floor devices to maintain optimal equipment performance. The role involves prioritizing breakdowns, guiding maintenance mechanics, and helping keep conveyors and facilities running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has a technical bachelor’s degree in engineering, experience with industrial equipment or automation, and may have completed internships or co-op projects related to automation or

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in a technical field as listed above, or equivalent combination of education and experience - preferred.
Entry-level to early career professional engineering experience.
Experience supporting industrial equipment, automation systems, conveying systems, controls, or electrical infrastructure is preferred.
Internship, co-op, or project experience related to automation, controls, manufacturing, logistics, or industrial engineering is beneficial.

Mansioni

Troubleshoots, calibrates, and adjusts plant floor devices to maintain optimal performance of plant floor equipment.
Sorts calls and breakdowns and expedites their completion.
Provides information to maintenance mechanics on how to complete required repairs to resolve breakdowns.
Assists in solving daily problems inherent in keeping conveyors or the physical facility in good working order.

Formazione

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field
