McWane Poles in Coshocton, OH is seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve automated manufacturing systems across the plant. You will support operations and help develop maintenance capabilities while adhering to safety and reliability standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Automation/Controls/Mechatronics or related field, 3–5 years of industrial controls experience, and hands-on skills with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and electrical diagnostic tools.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Automation, Controls, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical or related field.
3–5 years industrial controls experience in manufacturing.
Strong experience with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and electrical diagnostics.
Ability to read mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
Experience with Allen-Bradley and Siemens controls and related software.

Mansioni

Troubleshoot, debug, and modify PLC/HMI programs to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
Install, repair, upgrade, and maintain electrical and electronic equipment.
Train and develop plant electricians to understand industrial controls.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage projects to timely completion.
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, safety, and reliability.
