Job summary

Ezetop LLC in Vermont is seeking a maintenance/assembly technician to support the operation of diverse equipment and lines. The role includes troubleshooting PLC systems, performing setups, and assisting in safety training and maintenance activities.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in a technical field, 2 years in manufacturing, and strong CNC and electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic skills. This is a full-time on-site position offering opportunities to design and improve equipment.

Qualifications

Associates degree in a technical field plus 2 years of manufacturing experience.
Experience designing and supporting electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
Proficient in CNC setup and programming (G-code/M-code) with CAM systems.
Experience with grinding, polishing, and wire EDM processes.

Responsibilities

Support assembly operations of pad printers, ultrasonic welders, milling machines, conveyor lines, ovens, and other equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems.
Perform assembly equipment setups.
Identify preventative maintenance needs and perform maintenance at established frequency to ensure safety, productivity, quality and uptime.
Design, develop, procure and fabricate assembly equipment and tooling.
Identify opportunities to improve assembly equipment for safety, efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with manufacturing team, managers and engineers to implement improvements.
Assist Maintenance with general plant maintenance.
Assist in training employees on safety, assembly techniques, equipment.
Other duties as assigned.
